Radhika Kalisetti, MD

The medical profession has always been my calling since I was in high school. As an internal medicine doctor, I treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions while also providing preventative care. As a Burlington resident since 2010, I feel blessed to serve my community. Each day brings new situations and different scenarios, but adopting an individualized approach that caters to each patient, allows me to provide the best care possible. My practice philosophy involves spending adequate time with my patients, listening to and understanding their medical problems, and developing a relationship based on trust. Helping my patients achieve their health goals is been a very humbling yet fulfilling experience. At home, my husband, daughter, and I, along with our energetic dog, are usually engaged in some fun activity together. I like reading books, practicing yoga, and traveling to new places with my family.

Women’s health was not a journey I knew I would always take, but it is something I fell in love with. I have been fortunate to have strong mentors from the beginning of my career who have helped foster a passion for providing woman-centered care. I first started my career as a nurse in labor and delivery. I grew to love the full circle of labor, birth, and newborn care, and care of the new family. The move to midwifery was a natural step to be able to provide care for women in all stages of their lives. I have three daughters, and we enjoy family adventures, game nights, and movie nights.

Serving my community as a foot and ankle surgeon affords me the opportunity to positively impact patients’ lives. There is no better experience than meeting with a patient suffering from long term foot discomfort and watching that same patient leave my office with greatly reduced pain or none at all. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, golfing, kayaking, Chicago Cubs baseball, Arsenal soccer, Indiana University basketball, and Indianapolis Colts football. I look forward to treating the members of my community for all their foot and ankle care needs.

Fred Aleskerov, MD

I specialize in pulmonology and critical care. When caring for patients, I pushed myself to learn everything possible to help them regain a good quality of life. My patients appreciate my close communication with them. I have learned that no matter what the news is or whatever the outcome may be, it is crucial to reach out and speak to our patients to discuss findings and plans for care. I am happy to have the opportunity to do what I have trained for my entire life. I thank God for this blessing and will work hard to serve and give back to my community. In my personal life, I’m happily married and have three beautiful daughters.

From excision of simple skin lesions to complicated cancer cases, my scope of practice as a general surgeon includes managing a broad range of diseases. In addition to the surgical management of disease, my specific osteopathic training places an emphasis on the “whole person” philosophy. My focus is on building an individualized approach by providing evidence-based treatment plans that fit my patient’s personal needs and circumstance. I do my best to provide such care with open and honest communication in order to create a strong foundation for our doctor-patient relationship. When I am away from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. ABOUT ME

I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but my family moved to northern California when I was seven. I have fond memories of vacationing on the Outer Banks, playing soccer for most of my youth, and rowing for my undergraduate school. As an avid soccer player, I followed the UNC-Chapel Hill women’s soccer team and aspired to attend the university one day. My dreams were realized when I was accepted into the master of arts program in exercise physiology. After graduation, I had the honor of working with our service members at the Fort Bragg Army Wellness Center where I developed health and wellness programs. My work at Bragg inspired me to return to school and become a physician assistant. I completed a master’s degree in this discipline at Elon University in 2017. In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
