WHAT IS SPORTS REHAB?

Sports rehab may also be called physical therapy. Sports rehab involves evaluation, diagnosing, treatment and prevention of sports injuries using non-surgical methods. Sports rehab may be used to treat sports injuries before resorting to surgical options, or it may be used to help certain body parts, muscles and tendons to return to full functionality following surgery.
