William DeFoor, PA-C

I treat adults 18 years and older with suspected or known rheumatologic disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, or systemic lupus erythematosus. I also evaluate patients with abnormal rheumatologic lab testing, such as positive rheumatoid factors, anti-CCPs, or ANA tests. My practice philosophy is to be thorough and treat my patients the way I would want my own loved ones to be treated.

I love the practice of rheumatology and what it has to offer. It is a unique field that allows me to incorporate my pharmacy background when treating patients with autoimmune disorders. My philosophy in treating the patient is to listen to their story. I find that every patient has a unique story. What I love about rheumatology is the patient provider relationship that you build over time. This is very special to me. I have been practicing rheumatology since 2013. My family and I have been in Greensboro, North Carolina since the 1990s.
